Website Temporarily Blocked

Hi,

It seems I hit the resource limit for the first time ever. I've been waiting to access the frontend of my website so I can disable my plugins, etc but the error message hasn't moved. How long does it normally take?

My site was down for almost 24 hours but it's working fine now.
