Website Temporarily Disabled

Ever since about 2pm PST there has been a notice up on my website stating it is temporarily disabled and that the message will be removed automatically at the start of the next hour, but it is still there 6 hours later. What can I do to resolve this? I cannot even log into my Wordpress account (that I am using on my site) to see if there is an issue with one of the plugins as the message states could be the issue. I have been trying to get more visitors to my website and having this message up for so long undoes all the work I have been doing to promote my site.
