Websites appears to think it's 6AM, when it's 11AM

After the recent downtime a few minutes ago, my website seems to think it is now 6AM, rather then 11AM?
Both my forum and staff panel is doing this, why?

Running "Date" on Starka it does report the correct server time for the timezone it is located in, which would be central US.

I'm in the GMT timezone though, how do I change my date to GMT?

Your site is showing the correct time for GMT. I've just had a look. The one in the top right says 19:07.

That's not hosted off of our website, it's built on a website where you can make clocks for free on your website, using an iframe.
