Website's Files + Database Gone on Absolut

Hi,

My website's files seem to be missing, I'm getting 500 errors when trying to access my database, and I cannot connect to FTP. Finally, I get error 403 when simply browsing to my website (see link below).
Domain: http://lecivitas.pcriot.com
Server: Absolut
Username (email): martinblitz (at) msn.com

Hi, there were a few technical issues with your account's permissions setup. I've now fixed this, and your site now appears to be loading fine. Is there anything else you need to be restored?
