Does anyone know if either x10hosting or premium hosting also includes the Weebly Site Builder for ecommerce and the premium weebly, or can they be purchased?

Weebly Site Builder is by and for the Weebly web-hosting service
so x10hosting has no "Weebly Site Builder"

Just to offer an alternative -- we do include a site builder with all our hosting packages, which you can access from your cPanel.
