We've been banned, please help!

We're not sure what the restrictions are, please help.
We've been banned for to much traffic I think.

Hello, your site has been suspended for high resource usage, this is when your site uses too much of the servers memory/cpu at any one time. over a period of time. This can be caused by poorly coded addons or plugins, or even poorly coded CMS's etc.

I have un-suspended your account, please look into any software that could be causing this, and see if you can resolve the issue yourself, if you are unable to, i can check the logs and hopefully determine what could be causing it.
