What does being a VIP forum user include?

As the thread title says, what does being a VIP user include? There's no descriptions anywhere

You become a VIP user when you get paid hosting from us. I'm not sure exactly what forum permissions you get, but I know you get access to the Priority Support forum which the administrators will check before the Free Hosting sections to help you guys out. Off the forums you get access to a client panel with billing information, ticket support and that.
