What happened to server??

I was trying to get on my site today, but it couldn't load and gave me this page instead saying:

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

It worked fine yesterday, so I'm confused on what the problem is.

I've already tried disabling my plugins to see whether or not that was the problem, but it didn't fix it so I'm wondering what happened to the server? Are most sites down right now?? What can I do?

the same thing happens to me, I can enter the direct administrator, but I can't even access the web or phpadmin

x13 did have some issues which should now be sorted, at least the sites that I did test loaded properly
