hey there people............just a little question...what do guys think is the best script..........JOOMLA..........MAMBO.......PHP-NUKE......POST-NUKE OR PHP-EVO...........plus what is your faveourite gallery.........please let me know as i am curious

I've used Joomla and Gallery2 and they both are reasonably simple to use and set-up.
Gallery2 has a very nice plugin system, where you don't not have to upload any files, you just select the one you want to install and it'll download it from the Gallery2 servers and install it. Also updates and un-installs of plugins are just as simple, and automated.
Joomla has a similar Plugin system but I've found it to be less reliable. However the Joomla base system has a lot of features which make up for the slight faults.

I have not used any of the other CMS you mentioned, so I can't comment on them, but Joomla suits what I need, so I've never needed to looks at any others.

Joomla focuses more if your site isn't just a gallery but also much more. While gallery2 focuses on your site IS a gallery and a little more. So it depends, is your focus really a gallery site?

Joomla is what I use, along with the VirtueMart plugin for it. Cant find any flaws with it so far, all seems very easy to manage and setup, and the designs and admin UI is far better now their in V1.5.
