My forum is not working. Pleae check minh.pcriot.com/

I have a error is: Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/aminh/public_html/v/global.php(237) : eval()'d code on line 237
What is this? I cannot setup or view my forum?

Did it ever work? It seems the script uses the eval() function, which is not allowed.

You have to upgrade your php version to intermidate.

Yes it is really working before lastest server reboot then instandly after server online i request to upgrade to advance php configuration and then go to http://minh.pcriot.com/v/index.php it has an error and cannot view the forum!
I am using intermidate, and REQUESTING to upgrade to advance yesterday (BUT UNKNOWN WHAT IS NEXT HAPPEN WITH THIS REQUEST, MAYBE ADMIN IS CHANGING with some error) !

My php status is:

You will be denied for Advanced. Most programs will work with Intermediate.

Please note that all accounts are being transferred off vox (as you will have read in the server alerts) and when they get there to the new server the account may take 6-12 hours to reactivate the php intermediate level.. (which is also on the same thread as the announcement)

What is vox?
take 6-12 hours to reactivate the php intermediate level.. -> this mean my account has been "touched". If you do not want to change (upgrade) my account, you should not change anything that could need reactivate, reset or disable something on my account. BECAUSE I HAVE TRY TO UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT TO ADVANCE PHP CONFIGURATION BEFORE BUT NOTTHING HAPPENED, MY FORUM STILL WORK OK!

And I need to know when my account work again?

What she meant was that you are on the x10hosting server called "Vox", this server has been having troubles. So all the accounts are being moved onto a different server, because of this when you are moved, you will be automatically put onto the basic version of php, until the updating script is run again, which happens every 6 to 12 hours. Please wait for this to happen.

Actually x10 is the most relieable free hosting service I've ever met. It's just that when you have a problem with a server, it's usually not easy to solve it.

So what is x10hosting server type? I have never meet a server have to wait a long time like this. I have waited 1 week for this problem! Other server i have come always instantly solve or automatically fix (very quick).

If you have waited over week for this problem to fix then I would ask for help in the free hosting forum as it is a long time to wait for the problem to be resolved, so it may be an issue with your actual account as opposed to the server changes, however if your site was working before the problems with Vox, then maybe you should wait until your account has been moved.

I unfortunately have no examples of scripts which need the advanced form of php, as most issues are solved by the intemediate version, and the advanced version is never given to someone unless the php Admin, bryon has approved it.

x10 is quite stable. We have restrictions in place to prevent abusive users from harming the system. Due to one server ( that is not OWNED but USED by x10 ) having issues, Corey ( our boss / owner of x10 ) decided to move the accounts that were on that server to one of the other servers. ( Which was announced and stated in a Server Alert message )

During this time, a lot of features are placed on hold to prevent more problems while accounts are moved around.

A lot of our users use forums or other scripts and are running fine. The only problem is what has happened recently on one of our servers. This just happened to be the server you are on. You are welcome to request staff to move your account to one of our other servers if you feel your issues are not being resolved.

All we ask is that you have a little patience during this server move. Other users are experiencing the same issues as you ( please read through the forum, you'll see ). Once the move is complete, if you are still having issues, please let us know and we'll work as quickly as we can to resolve it.

As we have tried to state, you have to be patient and wait. There is nothing we can do about that error at the time being until the server issue is resolved.
