WHat is happening on chopin?

Hello this is robert morris, and I apologize for starting this thread, but there has been NO update on chopin status in 3 days. My teammates that use the forums on my site have not been able to get on as the DB is apparently down. I also cannot log into Cpanel, It says when I try to change the password that the security question is not the same as the one in your database...... I just need some indication as to when this will be rectified.

All of my teammates are lost without the forums as it is our main way of tracking our game progress.

P.S. if it is a database issue that I am not aware of the forums directory is:

You will see that my SMF DB settings are correct, unless something has changed.

CYour server is under migration and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.

I said the chopin status on status.x10hosting.com hasn't changed for three days.... How am I supposed to know how long it will take... 1 day, 2 days, 2 weeks?

Your response didn't answer any of my questions... You told me everything that I already knew.

If you don't know then just say you don't know.

2000 accounts, 4 simeltaneous transfers, various speeds/transfer. It's quite literaly impossible to give you a definite date and time. We are shooting for Monday, February 15.
