One of my mom's friend's had pneumonia, and i looked up some way to help her through herbal medicine, and If you get some mustard seeds, crush them up, add a little of water, and plaster it on your chest, it will help relieve your congestion. It worked great!

I'm enjoying to day cause its State of Origin! For people who don't know what that is its one of the biggest rugby league games in Australia when the 2 biggest states play against each other in the biggest derby of the year!
