What is my FTP Host,Port, And Root?

OK im using Joomla and im in tyhe admin panel tryin to set up my FTP settings my website is www.snipersinstinct.exofire.net can anyne tell my wat my FTP host, port, and root should be?

your ftp info is as follows:

Host: starka.x10hosting.com
Port (default: 21)
Username: si
password: (your cPanel password)
root: /home/si/ (but you should be able to leave them blank.

Username: your cpanel username
Passowrd: your cpanel password
Root: public_html
if that doesn't work try /home/cpanel username/public_html

tulum1, i would of sugested creating a new thread.
the domain isn't resolving to the x10 servers,
did you go and register onlinetulum.co.cc? to me it says its unregesterd.

Did you register your domain name yet with co.cc? I'm getting a "Domain Available" page when I see that. Also, because of that you're not resolving to x10Hosting's servers. If you have an x10hosting provided domain name, try FTP'ing with that for the meantime until you get your co.cc domain working. If you don't have an x10Hosting domain, you should at least know what server you're on by looking at your account panel and you should be able to use the server IP as your FTP address.
