what is my sql DB_HOST ?

here's what my problem is all about my game server scripts requires mysql database to make an automated donation system.

but I cant figure out what the DB_HOST is can anyone help me?

Hi,

If you are accessing your MySQL database from your hosting account, you can use localhost as the database host. We do not offer Remote MySQL on free hosting.

I now go with '127.0.0.1' as it seems to be faster than 'localhost'.
