what is the max time to suspend?

I saw sometimes domain suspended for not making any activity. what is the limit??

I've never heard something like that? may be you have heard about the domains provided by some hosting company for free.

guessing you refer to sites hosted with us?

If the account holder is inactive, in other words don't login to the forums (here), for more then 31 days the account is flagged as inactive and gets suspended for that. The account holder then need to resolve the suspension within 10 days, otherwise it is terminated.
