What is the real disk space for unlimited hosting?

I use x10hosting (free account) and now I want to chahge it for premium, because the project grows up.
Please tell me what is the maximum volume I can store in x10hosting under unlimited space, what is the optimal big volume?

I also want to ask whether there are any differences between free account and premium membership?
I experience difficulties with installing plugins and changing versions of Wordpress. I just want to ask if the hosting is comatible with Wordpress.

Another big difference between free and premium is that premium is more stable, mainly due to less users per server and there's less likely to be someone (intentionally) abusing the service. Premium hosting does come with an SLA uptime guarantee of 99.9%.
