what is wrong with my accounts

i can not log in i've gotten the forum username and password mixed up with account usernam and password mixed up withcpanel user name and password Heeeeeeeeeeeelp me

i can log into forum and cpanel but not admin page in home page

There's currently no hosting account associated with your forum account. If you haven't been active for a while it may have been terminated as an inactive account.

When did you last successfully use it? And do you have any idea what your cPanel user name might have been (it consists of max 8 chars)?

The account panel only works if you have the hosting account linked to the forum account you try to login there with.

i've been active in cpanel so that can't be the reason infact i can still log in and make changes or do i have to log in to cpanle and account panel everyday to remain active i'm very confused
also my other account has the same problem mastercoelectronics@gmail.com i can not log into account panel or do any thing ounce i confirmed it i got kicked out and have not been able to log back in. webgineering.co.cc for wisdomadikema@gmail.com and mastercoelectronics.co.cc for mastercoelectronics@gmail.com

I can not link your cPanel account to your Forum account without knowing what it is. I can in fact do very little without that information, as all I can see right now is your forum account, and that appears to be working.

e-mail addresses are never used to identify account. Further more you are only allowed to have one free hosting account, so if you have two you need to chose which one you want deleted.

The account panel never works unless you login with a forum account linked to a hosting account

You need to use as user name for your account panel. You should also at all times use that forum account for support requests.

you can delet the mastercoelectronics@gmail.com because it never came onbut keep the wisdomadikema@gmail.com one how do i fix this problem do you need the password to my cpanel too?

ok now i'm really confused i though my forum name was mastermw where did 31master come from what is going on i'm completly confused

no accounts are identified through their e-mail address, I would need the user names.

If you are talking about forum accounts, they are never deleted.

The problem is that you are currently not using the forum account that is associated with your hosting account, you need to use the forum account 31master as that is the one linked to the hosting account. Unless you login with that user name and request help, if still needed, I can not do anything as I can't verify you are the owner of that hosting account.

mastermw is not linked to any hosting account.

Note that in order to avoid being suspended for inactivity you will need to visit the forums with the 31master account at least once every 31 days.

yes, you can. Just add the second as an addon domain if you don't want it to point to the same as your main domain.
