what just happened?

I was just in my site uploading pages and images when an error occurred and I was forcefully logged out, and I can no longer log in.
what's going on?

... I just learned that I was suspended.
what do they mean by, "High server resource usage detected."?

Hello, High Server Resource Usage is caused when your website uses up to much of the servers CPU/Memory.

This is usually caused by a poorly coded script or add-on.

If you have recently installed any new software or have done something you may think could be causing this, please try disabling it and see if that helps.
