What's wrong with Starka's cPanel/FTP

I can't connect to cPanel and FTP, the site and MySQL is accessable but from what i said doesn't work.
Can somebody tell me why?

Thanks, how long will it take approximately? Speed is rudely 100% now it loads very fast with SmartFTP now...
edit: the speed is only fast with 1 connection, 2+ is not working

you should only use one connection, using more could cause resource usage to go high, especially if there's many small files you want to transfer.

I'm not the one checking into it, I just told a tech who said he was already checking it.

Ye, but whole transferring doesn't work. i can only view files, i can't also disconnect from server, i need to upload some missing forum files... com'n starka don't be a asshole xD
edit: transferring works slowly...
