Hi, I’m kind of lost, all my data disappear from the agtand.x10hosting.com, I can’t enter in Cpanel, and I saw that my account is empty with the FTP program. Where is my Moodle? Like I said before this site was created for my student to work with the two disciplines that I lecture, we are at the end of year and they need to work with the Moodle and now there is no Moodle. Why? Please help me! Thanks

It's doing it for some people on lotus. Not sure why. You have NOT lost any files, they will come back soon.

"VPS" means "Virtual Private Server" (Paid). They run the same as any other server however they are faster and more dependant as well as more versatile because it is one computer that runs only that website/server. Therefore it is only you on that server. This is nothing related to the problem.

It -is- when they're supposed to be on Lotus. Lotus isn't a VPS server; it's related to his account being moved, but it definitely was worth mentioning it has him pointed to a VPS node for the moment.

actually, he's not the only one pointing to that IP, and when I talked to Corey about if IP for Lotus had changed (before he mentioned he started moving accounts), he asked if that was the IP I saw, so I assume he has a plan and everything is in order despite showing a vps IP.
