Hi,

Welcome to x10Hosting! We do not actively track bandwidth in a way that would be visible to our users, since we don't need to (because there is no bandwidth cap). Therefore, this statistic won't be available from your control panel. Instead, we track your account's CPU usage, memory usage, I/O usage, and entry processes. These statistics are unavailable from the "basic" control panel theme, and you would need to switch your theme before you can see these.

If you would like to see these statistics, please choose "Switch Theme" in top-right of cPanel, and choose "Switch to cPanel x3". You may need to sign in again. Once you are on the cPanel x3 theme, please choose the "Resource Monitor" icon. From there, you can view your account's usage.

Thank you,

x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account)
