It's still there; so if your Prime membership is still active, that means your permissions have gotten messed up. It'll take someone with forum admin (not just mod) access to fix it, so hang tight. (You might be able to speed things up on chat.)

I think my Prime membership is still active as of 2013-05-19:

By looking at the subscription manager in the forums, it appears it expired 11-14-2012

ADD: Confirmed by other admin, it did actually expire in November last year despite your account portal saying otherwise.

It was both AP and cPanel that was saying I had a Prime account

The date "11-14-2012" - is a long way back in time for me - my thinking is that I did renew my account - near the end of last year

Hey do I have a Prime account ? ....
cPanel says "yes"

Account Portal says "yes"

Forum say "no"

One more issue added to my list of x10hosting issues
###

UPDATE:
renewed my Prime upgrade today and received this Email

The only reason for me to renew my 'Prime upgrade' today after being told today it expired last year ( I think I paid it back then)
was I had moved domains from my "Premium" account - were the Email has been down for days - so I could receive my emails to those domains - to this account and accounts on other host (to many for my x10hosting's free-hosting account)

Now after I renewed my 'Prime upgrade' - cPanel is saying for my Email accounts...
Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of Email Accounts. If you need more please contact your service provider.
I had six (6) - now I only have three (3) Email accounts - 'Prime upgrade' has six (6)

and for domains cPanel is saying...
ATTENTION: Using 4 out of 2 available Addon Domains
Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of addon domains. If you need to add a new addon domain contact your service provider.
'Prime upgrade' has four (4)

For what 'Prime upgrade' has - I am reading here --> http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison

So now both my "Premium" and "Prime upgrade" accounts are the wrong side up

Adding more issues to my list...

Note the quote from cPanel...
...contact your service provider.
This is what this post is for

Your issues with your Prime membership should be sorted.

I do not think so...

Email accounts that worked before I renewed my 'Prime upgrade' do not work after

Sending of message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server mail.bob(removed) timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator.

I did try again...

Try changing the SMTP address to localhost and/or using PHP mail(). I have just verified that both SMTP and mail() work on level.

From a long time ago - I quit using a script such as PHP mail( ) with this account

What I did not say was - this error is from my Email client here on this computer - sorry for that

It was sending Email - with out errors - until I renewed my 'Prime upgrade'

Using POP3 with port 110 and SMTP with port 25
Password, transmitted insecurely
Connection Security = None
###

UPDATE:
I receive that error using Comcast ISP
I have no error - it sends and I receive it in my Gmail account - using my cell phone 'Hot-Spot'
So now I need to find what firewall has my Comcast ISP's IP on it

Is my Comcast IP on x10hosting's Email firewall ?

or is Comcast blocking access to x10hosting again ?
