Where is my MySQL Database

week ago i started testing your service. create account, intall jumla and smf, configure all and prepared to buy paid account becouse everything was good. today i started notice for users about moving to new hosting. but about 30 min ago server turns unreachable for couple of minutes and after that i get "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL" for joomla page and
"Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later." for my forums.
i turned on cpanel and i see "Базы данных SQL 0 / 3". it`s total crash of my month work! heart attack! is it reason of doubt to buy an account? how can i get bak my sql base???

Your databases should be back.
There was an issue with the connection between Starka (your server) and the database server, which has been taken care off.
