where is php.ini

You can`t access or view this file...

This is a php configuration file..

The php.ini file is not accessable in free accounts. You cannot edit it.
If you need to know the settings, you have to do it via a PHP script.
Note: With the upgrades, some of the contents are on display via "PHP Configuration" in Software/Services in cPanel. Not sure if even that will be there in the final configuration.

You can`t change anything which is related to php configuration.
