using a service for "free" you are not a "customer"
no one asked or made you to use this service
you do not like it do not use it
First, just because someone is using a free service does not mean they are not customers. They are potential paying customers, like me.
Second, if you were my employee, and you answered a thread in that manner, I would have you fired in a instant. Very rude. But I assume you are not a employee.
Third, going around in threads and posting a copy of the "service unavailable", to show frustrated members that x10 is taking care of it, makes you look like you are "trying" to police the forums. These people, are humans like you and me, and are frustrated at the fact that it has been 3 days since we have not been able to work on our sites. Free or not, we are allowed to be frustrated at the service. Paying members should not have to wait 3 days for a issue to be resolved.
The way I look at it, If the site is option to pay, then revenue is being made, meaning not EVERYONE is working for free. Things happen its technology, but 3 days is too much for a paying member.
I'm not a paying member, yet, and after this i'm not too sure what to think.
