Hello.

Here's my problem. I logged in to x10 with my email and all is fine. My username is displayed and my domain is displayed (rgm.x10.mx).

But when I click "open cPanel" the next page tells me that I don't have any websites and to create a new one. Yet, my website is fine and online.

Also, I have access via FTP with my username (not email) and password. Dreamweaver connects fine.

Just my cPanel is missing... Where it went?

What's going on?

Thanks.

Hi,

You're using our x10Hosting Basic theme (a simplified cPanel theme). You can switch to the standard cPanel x3 theme by clicking "Switch Theme" in the top right, or, you can stick with the simplified theme and click the "Add Website" button, then "Custom Website", to bring back the normal buttons.

Thank you,

Thanks for the very fast reply (lighting speed I'll say :) )

I added the website and it did showed a very basic cPanel (file manager, FTP, email).

But switching to cPanel x3 theme did the trick. Back to the cPanel I like. :) Although, let me tell you it took me 4 tries before it actually "sticked" to the new theme.

Thanks again. All is good again in X10 heaven. :)
