I don't know what point your trying to make, because now a days maybe users like you use php and asp to make your websites, and that doesn't cause much of an error, because those languages cause more server side involvement then client side involvement.

If you ever try using DHTML/XHTML/HTML/CSS you will find FX and Opera more cooperative and more valid in with your code then Internet Explorer.

As for browsers, and I'm no Microsoft apologist, they show you the internet. If someone can't code a site to be viewable by all then maybe they need another line of work. Like changing tires at a Discount Tires shop. If IE makes it so you can't see a site unless you use their browser (which I haven't seen lately) then use another browser.

IE gets the "Ewwww.....It's MS" rap. Get past the hype and see what each one offers.
