which nameservers to use for x12.x10hosting.com ?

Name servers has not changed at all, ours are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I can see your domain does use cloudflares nameservers though, so if you want to keep using that you need to login to the account there and update the A record with the IP of your server, which is: 198.91.81.12

I have now 198.91.81.2 must I change to 198.91.81.12 ??

Yes, the .2 IP points to the old server that will be taken offline eventually (they remain as an extra backup so far)
