Okay so my entire site has disappeared. Everything. I was trying to connect via ftp and kept getting an error that the directory didn't exist and the tried to access my site again. And sure enough, it's completely gone. It still shows an active wordpress install in control panel but there's nothing inside. Please help as soon as you can. Thank you!

I'm afraid it does look like the contents of your public_html folder have been deleted. If you do have any backups, you are free to restore them. Unfortunately we are unable to provide any backups of your site in this situation, as per Section 6 of the Terms of Service.
However, as some advice, I would like to note that (even if you do not have backups) you may still be able to recover the majority of your site. If your files have been deleted, but your WordPress database hasn't, it may be possible to recover some of the contents of the website. You could setup a new WordPress installation, but use the contents of the old installation to restore what was there (e.g. posts, pages, users, settings, etc)
