Why am I banned from x10Hosting?

When I try to connect to x10Hosting IRC, it says "can't connect" and "you're banned from x10hosting".
I says, I'm using some kind of open proxy. What's that?
So I'm banned.

I need the IRC. I want to change my hosting plan.

Please help me ASAP.

if you want to change your hosting plan, I would suggest opening a support ticket,

as for being banned from IRC...not sure about that

Some IP's might ban the site.. Dunno why you would be banned FROM the site thou...

what might you have done for this to have appened? They wouldn't have banned your IP for no reason.
