Why Am I Still Suspended?

Yesterday I got suspended for inactivity on my hosting account, so I sent an unsuspension request 7 hours ago today, but my request still hasn't been answered yet. What is going on? :rant2:

Try using the one in your CPanel

Make sure that you login the forum before unsuspending your account, as the system would simply use the latest login date at the time of the unsuspension queue and re suspend you.

cPanel is not reachable during suspension.

Dunno why it has taken so long, it is usually sorted within an hour.
To fasten things up I unsuspended your account from our admin interface.

Remember to come here and log in to the forums at least once every two weeks to prevent your account from being suspended again.

cPanel login has always been blocked during suspension.

Although it is often confused with Account Panel.
