why am i unable to reply in forum???

why am i unable to reply in forum??? i have posted a ticket, now want to reply but it says:
"aramix, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
what's the matter?

Currently only users with higher forum rank can reply to threads in free hosting support.
If you are having difficulty posting in other areas of the forums please let us know.

please note: you should be able to reply to a thread you started in free hosting as well.

oops, sorry for the mess, I didn't see that i was logged in to the forum with different username not linked with this account sorry again and thanks for fast replies
