Why are some questions not answered?

i have posted a couple of times now. Once at the beginning of the week and once last week. I've noticed that some people have responses within the hour or the next day but no one responds to mine. Do I need to have accumulated some special points or something or is it just a case of my request taking longer to answer? I'd really appreciate if someone could remove a DNS entry for me so I can repark the domain. I hope I get a response . Thank you.

This area is mostly handled by community volunteers with very limited access to account information. Your problem needs somebody with administrative access to the DNS nameserver - all anybody else can do is tell you to try clicking the button harder.
