Why can't I get into my cpanel? I it won't take me even to the log in screen

If you cannot even get to the Login screen, you might be behind a firewall that blocks port 2082

I think stoli was in a bad mood earlier, there was at least one other reporting a problem reaching cPanel. If i was the same cause for you as well, it should be working now.

Though as mentioned, it is not uncommon for school/workplaces to have the port blocked.
