So when I’m in DirectAdmin trying to add it in, should I add that under the IP Address section or server host name section?

I re enable DKIM on my side and still failed. The DKIM should sign too on their email server for valid DKIM but it is impossible as far as I know since we user has different DKIM variables.

I forget when exactly you did it, but did you wait about day for propagation?

Though it seems to be if the server is x13, it’s really xo12 and that x11 is really xo10. I’m not sure if it has something to do with virtualization if used so it may see the actual hardware address on the public internet.

I would also add that to SPF and see what it does.

I add the email server Ip address on February 5, 2020, and the report of my DMARC came on February 8, 2020. I will try again.
