Why does the login keep looping?

Hi,
When i try to login to the cPanel, it says its log'd in, then i loops back to cPanel login and tells me my i.p address changed, so i need to login again, so i try to login again and it loops again.

Can anyone help me please, i need to access my files.....

Same, im on starak too and it just keeps looping. And i need this to be fixed because im installing vBulletin soon.

Yeah, it just keeps saying 'you I.P address has changed, please re-login'. I CANT ACCESS ANYTHING!

did you both login by clicking the cpanel button from Account portal?
how about directly visiting http://yourdomain.com/cpanel?

because i encountered similar problem intermittently when using the cpanel link from Account Portal.
