The support link at the top should work once you're logged in; the escalated ticket system goes to a standalone system and then stops using the forum for ticket support.
If it still won't work, it should still send email updates with more info if the ticket gets updated.
Login to your account control panel: https://x10hosting.com/control, you should find the ticket there, under support requests. You should as stated also get an email upon any replies being sent to your ticket.
Escalated tickets do have a response time of 12-48 hours though, we try to keep it as low as possible of course.
