Hello Jjordan,

If you've created a custom website via the cPanel X3 theme it will not initially appear within the Basic control panel mode. However, the files and other such data for a pre-existing website should still exist.

my server is "Absolut"

I now receive "403 Forbidden - Access to this resource on the server is denied!"

Check and make sure the permissions on public_html are set correctly; if they are, the next thing to check would be any .htaccess files on the account along with other configuration files, to ensure everything is set properly. In the case of .htaccess's you'd want to look at the allow/deny rules in particular; yours has a few in it, although I'm not sure which of these are supposed to be there, if any.

My [ .htaccess ] file - was hacked at 03/09/2013 01:13:47 server time

one line was changed from [ deny from 99.198.122.33 ] to [ deny from * ]

BTW sad the "new" cPanel on server [ Absolut ] has no file manager

I think it does - when you have created a new website there is a button for File Manager on each "website".
