Why i can's sign in?

I have x10hosting hosting account for years now, but now I am getting this error:

You are signing in from Pakistan, and unfortunately we are unable to offer free web hosting service service to Pakistan at this time. Please check back with us in the future as we are working to expand our supported countries.

Please help!

There is no hosting account linked with the forum account you are posting from, looks like there was one that has been terminated for being inactivte though, the logs I have access does not say when it was done however.

Unfortunately since we do not currently provide service in Pakistan (among other countries) you would not be able to create a new account with us now.

Is there anything Admins can do manually please, because I have a benefit that I am x10hosting user since 2009, plz do some favor, thanks.
