Why is my site suspended???

I installed vBulletin forum script, but this is not prohibited!

I want explain for this!

Are you using licensed version of vbulliten.

If not then this comes under nulled scripts and is under zero tolerance policy. So you site remains unsuspended.

If it is high resource usage then 1st and 2nd suspension can be unsuspend yourself. in account panel. If it is third then staff has to unsuspend you.

If you want to know exact reason for suspension then got account panel --> http://x10hosting.com/login.php
and click "view suspension report"

vBulletin is NOT a free forum software, it is one you need to purchase a license for.

Where in the Terms of Service write that hosting the vBulletin script prohibited?
I do not see this.

Did you PAY for vBulletin? Legitimate vBulletin licensed installs are allowed, but not ones that are nulled/illegal.

That's the key here; x10 doesn't care that you're using vBulletin, they care that the vBulletin install you have was picked up as being nulled, which means it isn't a legal copy. That's in the TOS as being disallowed, so the account was blocked.
