why is my account suspended?

i dont know why my account is suspended..as far as i know i dint violate any rules of hosting service..how can i get it back again?

There is not cPanel account linked with your forums account, What is your cPanel username and domain?

To resolve it login to account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php using the e-mail you set as contact e-mail when you signed up for hosting, and your cPanel password. You should have the option to unsuspend yourself under Hosting -> suspensions

To avoid this from happening again, please link your forum account to your hosting account by filling in the correct details at https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb&swap (you need to be logged into account panel as described above). It is a requirement that you login to these forums at least once every 31 days to keep the account active.

since the accounts are not linked together, the system doesn't know it is your hosting account that visits when you come here.

i think i have linked my forum a/c with hosting a/c now.. but i couldnt find any unsuspend option there..
i am a bit confused..can you make things clear..

can you tell whether every thing is correctly linked up in ur records?
and my a/c suspended problm not yet solved..plz help..
