Why is my domain not workin???

Hello friends i saw the tutorials for setting the .co.cc domain but myine is not working..
my domain is jooltool.co.cc and the domain by the x10hosting is testques.x10.mx....please tell what is the problem...i parked the domain and added the name server as ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2...but why is it not working...

I get a joomla site on that domain.

Please note that changes to DNS (both setting new name servers and adding the domain to cPanel are changes to DNS, the later is what puts the domain on our name servers) can take anywhere from a few hours to, in extreme cases, 72 hours to propagate. Until propagation is done the domain may function at one location, but not another.

Clearing browser cache and flushing DNS cache could speed it up though, given that your ISP already have the updated DNS records.
