Why my account is suspended?

Hello Friends!

I just want to understand what is going on with my account?

I did not get any notifications while my account has been suspended. I just found it myself, trying to open my web-site. When I loged on I saw "Administrative suspension" and I have been offered to appeal. I sent few strings, that I have no idea what happened, I did not violate any rules or Therms and conditions. Now I have been told on my account that the Final answer has been sent on my email.

I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIlS from x10. I still do not understand what is going on, why I was offenced... I am not young, I am barely familiar with web network, the task to move my stuff to other hoster is the same as the heartattack for me.

To be more specific, your account was suspended for Trademark Infringement.

I did not violate any rules or Therms and conditions.

Yes you did. Trademark infringement is illegal, and illegal activity is strictly against our Terms of Conditions.

This is a permanent, zero-tolerance suspension. You will not be unsuspended. Please read Sections 6 & 8 of the Terms of Service for more information.
