why my account suspended..???

i read all terms and c.. but i why my account is suspended?? i just create website with only one page in it.. and that page saying "this site under construction" then tell me is a violation of UR TOS?? reply. mod plz..

Your account was suspended for violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. If you are claiming that there was no illegal content, (per x10Hosting terms of service), at the time the account was suspended you have the right to have the suspension and contents of your account reviewed by staff. Do you wish to have this suspension reviewed by staff?
