Hello,

Looks like your account didn't properly transfer over and the package got lost so we had to re-create the account. Seeing that your account was created just prior to this maintenance started that may be part of the reason your account never made it to the new server. However the last thing done before taking the server offline was making a full backup of the /home directory.

We'll have to find the backup of your files and restore them.

I have re-created your account and restored the one database I did find in our database backup.

See PM for password of your new account.

I'm sorry about this inconvenience caused.
