why my host's birthday is not ready ?

Hi, guys. I've got a free host account before, unfortunately this account was canceled because it not be used for some time. Now I'm back again, and I need to apply a new host account, but my application always be reject.

I've checked the blacklist, and my country is not listed in. Considering the ISP in China blocking a lot of websit worldwide, I have to access Internet through a VPN or proxy. I think that should not be the reason for rejection.

yes, signing up through a proxy would be blocked, as that could easily be used to bypass the block otherwise.

Unfortunately there's not much that you can do if you can not access our site without going through a proxy.

of course, I can access your site without proxy, actually I only use VPN to access some SNS web such as twitter, facebook.
