why my site is redirected to suspended.page but in my account the status is "Unsuspen

my account is suspended at Mar 17, and after submit a request at Mar 20, my account is unsuspended.

but today, when i try open my site, twit.cz.cc, it redirected to the suspend page. and i still can't login to cPanel
That's so strange!!!
The status in my account home is "Unsuspended", it means it should work well!
why? pls help to take a look.

but of course i flushed my DNS and clear my browser cache.
the problem still exists, my domain is suspended.

Does this domain work well in your side?

Hello,

I checked and it seem that your suspension was not lifted, our system said it was still suspended (high resource usage).
It is possible that the server did not respond correctly at the time you requested unsuspension. Your account should now be properly unsuspended.

it seems that my site has already been suspended for 3 times with the same reason: High resource usage.
but it works well in some my other hosting places(same site files)
it's strange, if possible can you give me some detailed info about which resource is used too much(CPU or memory or what), in which session with which file caused this issue.

maybe i can have a look at my site programs to avoid suspension.

or the limitation for the resource usage is really tough for free hosting plan?

The limit is a lot tougher on free plans then on paid plans.
The suspension I did see dated back to the 17th, so it was not a new one. I can not check the logs right now (I'm not at home so can't access it). I will try to remember checking when I get home though.
