Why no "Premium" support ?

I have five (5) open tickets for my Premium account

One is "In Progress" from 05/26/2013 10:26

I have pointed admins to this thread, however like most others that actually browse this forums I have no access to premium at all and can therefor not answer that question.

You could also try sending an email to support@x10premium.com.

In any case, since this forum isn't for premium support I'll close this to avoid confusions.
