i dont like how x10hosting behave why should they band my account for doing noting.
i need it to be un suspendence very argent,
also i need a paid server how can i go about it?

Your account is suspended because you uploaded a proxy script to your account.

That is a violation of TOS and part of our Zero Tolerance policy, thus the suspension is permanent and will not be lifted.

To avoid the same mistake in the future you should read the rules, (Terms Of Service) and make sure you understand them. You agreed to these terms of service when you signed up and if you did not understand any part of the terms of service you should have asked some questions before you agreed to them. But, too late for now, because, as Anna stated, your account is permanently suspended.
