Why suspended?

I've clicked the remove suspension button and logged into the forum and I'm still suspended. Why is this?

You were suspended on the 16th for being inactive, meaning there had been more then 31 days since you last logged in here at the forums. I'll get to restoring your account, if all goes well it should be back in about 30 minutes. However your account panel will probably still say it is suspended until it is synced up with the server.

I successfully restored the account. However due to the content being in violation of our TOS it is now permanently suspended awaiting termination.

I just needed to download a important filme from the website. Can't you let me do that before you shut it down?

Nope, read the Terms of Service. Any site found to be violating it can be permanently suspended, which yours was - as part of our Zero Tolerance policy, whatever violation you had was severe enough to warrant immediate and permanent suspension (which would mean something other than inactivity or high resource usage, such as warez or copyright infringing material, or otherwise).

As such the account is gone, with no access allowed and no backups being provided.
